To sponsor a safe birth and make a secure online donation of £15 (GBP) please follow this simple 3 step procedure:

2. Then Click here to download the order form and fill in your details.

3. Then email us your order form, quoting your donation reference number to: fundraising@maternityworldwide.org.


We will post out your certificate within two weeks. If the order is urgent however, please let us know.
