In return for helping to save a mother's life, we will then send a personalized certificate of sponsorship direct to your mom.
How the appeal works:

Alternatively you can order by post - send a cheque for £15 payable to Maternity Worldwide and a note of your name and address and your mom's name and address to: Unit 9 Level 4 New England House, New England Street, Brighton, BN1 4GH, United Kingdom
When we have received your donation and details, we will send a personalized certificate of sponsorship direct to your mom for Mother's Day.
Last orders to arrive by Friday 4th May 2007 for delivery by Mother's Day (We will process all orders received after this date but cannot guarantee their delivery on time).
